Bruno & Catherine Loubet
Bruno and Catherine recently returned from the busy London restaurant scene to sunny Queensland again seeking out that all important slower pace. They fell in love with an old Queenslander set on 8 ½ acres and decided to create a boutique cooking school.
We want Willow Vale Cooking School to reflect the growing movement towards a more sustainable lifestyle, respecting what we eat and showcasing the provenance and production techniques.

Australian truffles from Manjimup are renowned for their premium quality, due to the amazing work done by regional producers. I, myself originally from the South West of France (home of the French truffle) can honestly say Australian truffles are as good as any European ones.
