Willow Vale Cooking School Workshops

About the Workshops

At Willow Vale Cooking School we plan our calendar around the garden and tailor our classes based on what vegetables are in season, reinforcing our beliefs around living a more sustainable lifestyle.

Bruno will cook and decipher the recipes giving lots of advices, details and “tricks of the trade” making it as clear and enjoyable as possible.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in helping Bruno or stand back, watch and enjoy if you prefer during the 2 and ½ hours workshop.
This will be followed by a 3 courses lunch.
We provide homemade Kombucha, chilled infusions, filtered rainwater and tea/coffee, and you are more than welcome to bring any additional drinks.

Workshops run from 9.30am until 3pm

Please be aware we’re under obligation to follow Queensland Health rules and can only accept you in a workshop if you are fully vaccinated.

Please read our Terms and Conditions before booking.

Spanish Treats

Spanish chefs are often very creative but nevertheless they don’t compromise with Spanish food heritage, giving this amazing parallel between modern and classic. Spain has a lot of coastline, mountains and fertile farmland. It also has a long travel history resulting in many cultural influences. In this workshop, the three classic dishes demonstrated are simply delicious and a testimony to the spanish ingeniosity with food.
