General:
It is important to read our Terms and Conditions before you book your workshop. Conditions apply to all workshops.
Bookings:
To book a workshop you must pay the full amount of the class through our website or directly into our bank account.
Cancellation:
All our workshops are a very intimate size of 6 and therefore we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend. You can however transfer to a different workshop with a 14 days notice. You can also offer your place to a friend.
Cancellation by Willow Vale Cooking School:
A workshop requires 6 people.
If a workshop has to be cancelled due to poor weather, illness or insufficient numbers, we will contact you and arrange an alternative date for you to attend.
We reserve the right at any time to cancel and change a workshop and to substitute alternative dates without accepting liability.
On arrival at Willow Vale Cooking School:
Please remember that even though you are at Willow Vale Cooking School this is also the home Catherine and Bruno and we would appreciate you do not wander throughout the house but remain in the workshop or convenience room.
Please make sure to wear comfortable shoes as you will be visiting the vegetable garden and the property is quite hilly.
Serving of Alcohol:
\We are not licensed to provide you with alcoholic beverages and we will be offering you soft drinks, tea, coffee or Kombucha but you are welcome to bring your own wine should you wish to.
Dietary restrictions:
We will try to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever we can but this may not be possible with every dish that is prepared during the workshop. Please let us know if you have any dietary or allergy issues prior to booking a workshop.
Images:
All images from the website or other promotional material are for illustration only.
Use of images or footage:
By attending our workshops you authorise Willow Vale Cooking School to use any images or footage taken during the workshop for an unlimited period. Images or footage will only be used for the promotion of the school. Please let us know on arrival if you do not wish to be featured on any images or footage.
Liability:
You agree to observe and obey all rules and warnings provided and follow oral instructions given by Willow Vale Cooking School.
You acknowledge that there may be some inherent risks associated with the workshops. You assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself, injuries to others and further release and discharge us from all actions, suits, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever at law, in equity and under statute which you may have or for this document would, could or might at any future time have or have had against us in respect of or arising out of either directly or indirectly the services we provide.
You agree to pay for all the damages caused to any Willow Vale Cooking School equipment caused by your neglect, reckless or willful actions.
