I love bread! Maybe a bit too much for my health! Historically bread goes back very far in time. Historians say up to 8000BC in the Middle East. Of course, over time, techniques have been developed and lots of recipes were created around the world.
The smell of freshly baked bread is so beautiful, comforting and tempting. Only three ingredients are necessary in the making of a basic dough: flour, water and salt, but there is skill in using them correctly!
In this workshop, we go through rules, tips and methods to bring a better understanding and confidence in your bread making.
A three-course lunch will be served at the end of the workshop.
